Take Some Time to Connect

Inti Taitai, Father Sun, is shining so beautifully these days. Take some time to get out into nature, and enjoy the feel of the earth under your feet, the breeze on your face, and smell the greenery and flowers.
The hummingbirds are stocking up on nectar, three and four of them at a time at our feeders. Last weekend we were blessed to see a Bald Eagle circling over the limestone islands north of Tobermory, greeting each tree she circled over. What a great reminder that the Four Winds East class will begin in two weeks here in Ontario!
