Second Half of the North Review Day, Four Winds Canada

Today we are completing the second half of the North Review day at Five Oaks. It's incredibly fortunate that Five Oaks has the time available to us for a review day, as not all the Four Winds venues do have this option. And thanks to Ona Sachs for leading this very generous review. The allyu members attending this process are practicing Soul Retreivals, Underworld Extractions and Mesa Proxies.This helps to solidify the techniques and shamanic skills. Assisting with this allyu is being a treat!
