Lat week's North Class in the Inkan Medicine Wheel included the Altomesayok Rites which connect us to the wisdom of the mountains, the High Rites. The mountains come pouring through you, and you become a wisdomkeeper of the Ancient Knowledge and take your place by the fire, beside the Medicine Men and Women of All Time.
You let go of all the roles that bind you in your life, and step onto a new path unburdened by these roles.
