This past week a Fasting Ceremony was held on the land. Six First Nations people guided by an Anishnabe elder participated in this ceremony of fasting, drumming and reconnection to Mother Earth. It was an honour helping this ceremony to happen. Meegwitch, Cathy, the fasters, the helpers and Mother Earth.
