Valentines Day Full Moon Ceremony, Meditation on Whole-Heartedness
2014-02-28
What does it mean to live from a Whole Hearted Place? It is only when we love ourselves that we can truly love others.
"Wholehearted living is about engaging in our lives from a place of worthiness. It means cultivating the courage, compassion, and connection to wake up in the morning and think, ‘No matter what gets done and how much is left is undone, I am enough.’ It’s going to bed at night thinking, ‘Yes, I am imperfect and vulnerable and sometimes afraid, but that doesn’t change the truth that I am also brave and worthy of love and belonging.’”BRENÉ BROWN
During our meditation and despatcho making, we were visited by a beetle, who woke up to the energy, and walked all the way around the wheel. Beetle entered the wheel in the North, acknowledging the Ancestors, greeted the East, perambulated over to the South, where the candle for the direction was examined, then went on to the West. A timely circuit, bringing nature into sacred space, connecting love for Pachamama and all her creatures to teh love we were meditating on. Perhaps you can see Beetle in the 5th photo.
