The Hummingbirds are on the Way!

Right now, our hummingbird friends are beginning their fearless journey from Central America, over the Gulf of Mexico to North America. Reminding us to take fearless journeys of our own, knowing that the perfect flowers will be there to nourish us on our way.
Here is a beautiful video of a young woman holding a hummingbird feeder, while a dozen or so little hummingbirds zip around her head, fiercely chattering there territorial feeding zones. This reminds us to be strong in our convictions! The young woman's calm and peace is a beautiful meditation.
