May 29, First Day of the North Class
2015-06-09
Eleven intrepid souls came together for this Hummingbird class, from as far afield as Alberta and Michigan, and from Ottawa, Toronto and closer to home. The north is about our soul's journey, being like the Hummingbird, Sewa Kinte, who flies every year from South and Central America across the Caribbean Sea, to nest here in Southwestern Ontario. And indeed, two weeks ago we saw the first Hummingbird of the season!
We began by identifying all of the roles we have in our lives, and placing them into a sand painting to allow Pachamama to mulch them.
